CKC Good Food hosts two summer training sessions to help our employees and our clients satisfy professional development requirements for school food service personnel:

This training is mandatory for all CKC Good Food employees managing and operating National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs. Our clients are also encouraged to attend to satisfy your annual requirements! Everyone who attends will receive CKC's policy and procedure manual - your go-to guide for running a smooth and compliant food service program on a daily basis.
  2. ServSafe training and exam, UPDATED DATE: Friday, August 2. This class provides thorough training on food safety procedures and includes testing for those required to hold a Minnesota Food Protection Manager certificate.
