Food Service and Operations Directors overseeing both public and private programs collaborate with CKC Good Food for our expertise on every aspect of food and food service. We pair proven processes for quality operational and client support with a variety of delicious meals to ensure happy eaters and increase food program participation.
Schools participating in the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs turn to CKC Good Food for vended meal service or food service management adhering to the USDA's guidelines. CKC Good Food delivers true value with multiple 6-week rotations of chef-created, USDA-compliant menus and extensive operational support to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
With our help, private food service providers, including private/parochial schools, residential care facilities, corporate campuses and summer camps, can create dynamic, multifaceted food service programs with broad appeal. We operate many clients' onsite kitchens, and welcome the opportunity to be your full-service, in-house food service provider. Whether staffed by your food service professionals or CKC Good Food, your private food service program will flourish with our help.
Even the youngest of taste buds love our kid-friendly food. We serve many CACFP and private day care centers, including HEADSTART Programs, faith-based preschools, preK school programs, and multi-site, child care centers. Our age-appropriate meals spark young children's interest in a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, and culturally diverse entrees. Our CACFP menus offer six-week rotations with daily hot, cold and vegetarian options as well as an allergen-free menu.
CKC Good Food helps meet the nutritional needs of youth and vulnerable adult populations through out-of-school programs, adult day care, summer camps and more. We are a proud provider of meals for the Youthprise Nutrition Program, which facilitates food service for many Twin Cities nonprofit organizations that may not have the resources to manage and offer a federally compliant nutrition program on their own.
