CKC Good Food nourishes bodies, minds and cultures every day through successful food service programs at client sites throughout the Twin Cities metro area. CKC Good Food provides contract daily food service and event catering to public and private institutions, organizations and companies, such as childcare centers, preK-12 charter and private schools, residential care facilities, adult care programs and out-of-school youth enrichment programs. Many of our client partners operate on a school-year schedule, giving our team members the convenience of being available when kids are out of school. We hire for positions in our main facility in Eagan as well as client sites spanning from Elk River to Prior Lake and Woodbury to Cologne.

The Recipe Development & Nutrition Coordinator works with the menu planning team to create, test and execute new recipes while monitoring the recipes for regulatory compliance. This team member assists with the development of menu structure, ensuring efficiency and cost effectiveness, and organizes and updates the existing recipe database to current requirements.
Desired Education/Experience: Five years hands-on experience in a commercial kitchen and experience in managing the data related to maintaining the kitchen/food is preferred. School food service experience is a plus. CDM, CFPP certification required. A college degree is preferred.
