All-New Breakfast Menu Rolling Out Soon

CKC is looking forward to rolling out an entirely new breakfast menu in February and March. We’ve taste-tested lots of products and have chosen several new 2 whole-grain-equivalent items that students will love and that are easy to serve. We will be introducing:
- Chicken sausage, egg & cheese English muffin sandwich
- Chicken sausage, honey whole-grain biscuit sandwich
- Egg & pepper jack cheese breakfast bowtie
- Healthy, whole-grain chocolate donuts
- New varieties of bagels and muffins
- Whole-grain mozzarella pinwheel
- Whole-grain cinnamon crumb loaf
- French toast sticks
- Mini breakfast bites
- Cheesy pretzel bites
- Beef pretzel dog
- Lucky Charms cereal bar
- Trix cereal bowl
While some of these items may seem nutritionally lacking on the surface, rest assured they meet the USDA guidelines for child nutrition programs when paired with fruit/vegetables and fruit juice.
