Tracy Barry, School Nutrition Program Coordinator at Great Oaks Academy charter school in Farmington, Minnesota, has introduced changes to her food service program that were recommended by CKC Good Food. Together, they increased the vibrancy of the school meal program, driving a 100% increase in the number of students eating school breakfast and school lunch in just one year.
